Q: When will I receive my items?
A: "That depends...". But realistically May at the latest. We're going to wait to order medals until the end of January which means we'd receive them by early April. At that point we will start putting packages together. Just be patient with us, we're a one person show and have another full time job. When your package is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is included in the cost of your registration!
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service and use First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! However we charge an extra $20 to ship overseas. This is dictated by USPS prices to ship first class as a standard package going to other countries cost 4-6x more than within the U.S.
Q: I purchased an item in the store when will I get it?
A: Sadly, this ain't Amazon! We're rocking another full time job and thus we ask you give us about 5 business days to get your order out the door. Big thanks for your patience, we appreciate it!
